After an order ships, GoSellerGo polls the tracking number regularly and updates its status. When the carrier returns “delivered”, the order automatically moves to delivered.
Tracking works regardless of source — Shippo, Amazon Buy Shipping or a number you entered manually — by querying the carrier and number. Supported carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and some regional carriers.
Your tracking numbers are stored encrypted for privacy and decrypted only for display on the order detail.
