Re-authorizing your Amazon store (403 / sync stopped)

Amazon can occasionally invalidate the access you granted (password change, permission removal, an account not accessed for a long time, etc.). When this happens GoSellerGo gets “not authorized / 403” errors and syncing stops.

GoSellerGo automatically unsyncs a store that has had uninterrupted authorization errors for more than 24 hours and shows a re-authorization banner in the top menu. To fix it:

  1. From the banner link (or Add Store > Amazon), restart authorization.
  2. Grant access to GoSellerGo again on Amazon.
  3. On return, sync resumes where it left off; a catch-up scan fills any missing data.

If a specific feature is still empty, make sure the SP-API role that feature needs is enabled in Seller Central.
