FBA or FBM? Which should you choose?

Amazon has two fulfillment models:

  • FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon): You send products to Amazon’s warehouse; Amazon handles picking, packing, shipping and returns. It provides Prime eligibility and a Buy Box advantage, but has storage and fulfillment fees.
  • FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant): You ship orders yourself. You keep control of stock and shipping; GoSellerGo automates buying labels, tracking and shipment confirmation.

In GoSellerGo: FBA products are shipped by Amazon, so they don’t enter the fulfillment queue; they are tracked with a read-only Amazon process timeline. FBM and Temu orders use GoSellerGo’s shipping workflow.

Rule of thumb: FBA suits high-turnover, standard-size products; FBM can be better for low-volume, large/custom products or when you want to protect margin.
