To ship an order, proceed from the order detail or the Ship screen:
- Package: Enter size and weight. These are pre-filled from product data; if empty, the values you enter are written back to the product.
- Rates: Use Get Rates to see carrier prices. GoSellerGo combines two sources: Shippo (all channels) and, for Amazon FBM, Amazon Buy Shipping (extra protection for on-time delivery).
- Buy: Select a rate and buy the label. The label is printable; you can void it if needed.
The buyer address is resolved securely from the order; the sender address comes from your warehouse. When Amazon Buy Shipping is chosen, shipment confirmation is reported to Amazon automatically.
